Italian Dressing Mix

This recipe equals one packet of Italian Dressing mix.


1/2  tsp  sugar
1/2  tsp  dry mustard
1/2  tsp  salt
1/4  tsp  garlic powder
1/4  tsp  red pepper flakes
1/4  tsp  pepper
1/4  tsp  oregano
1/4  tsp  onion powder
Pinch of paprika

Combine and store at room temperature, in a sealed container.

To Make Salad Dressing: 

Place 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 Tbs water, and the entire mix recipe into a jar. Shake to blend. Set aside for at least 30 minutes. Add 3/4 cup oil and shake well. Refrigerate leftovers.
