This is also in Sprinkled With Love (my family cookbook), but it’s so good I wanted to
put it in here also. A great start to the day.
1 Tbs raisins, soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbs honey
1/4 cup quick oats
2 Tbs slivered almonds, toasted
1 small mango, cubed
1 papaya, cubed
Mix everything all together and dig in. Leftovers keep until the next day. Love this stuff.
