Golden Carrots Supreme

These are seriously good carrots.


1/4  cup  butter
3/4  cup  chicken broth
1  tsp  salt
1/8  tsp  pepper
2  tsp  sugar
5  cups  carrots, diagonally sliced (1/4")
2  tsp  lemon juice
1/4  cup  chopped fresh parsley

Add butter to boiling chicken broth. Stir in salt, pepper, sugar and carrots. Simmer, covered, until carrots are tender-crisp, about 10 min. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
