Greek Style Italian Dressing

This really is a cross between Italian and Greek.


6  Tbs  lemon juice
6  Tbs  water
2  envelopes  Italian salad dressing mix
1  tsp  dried oregano, crushed
1  cup  olive oil
1/2  cup  feta cheese, crumbled
2  Tbs  chopped green stuffed olives

Combine lemon juice, water and Italian dressing mix in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Add oregano.
Shake well, add olives, oil, feta cheese and green olives, and shake well.

Serving Suggestion: 
Serve on romaine lettuce salad, with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, and diced red bell pepper. Top with croutons.
