Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

8  potatoes, cooked and drained
8  oz  cream cheese, softened
8  oz  sour cream
1/2  cup  butter, softened
1/4  tsp  garlic powder
1/4  tsp  black pepper
1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar. Cover and bake for 45 minutes @350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
