2 Tbs butter
1 lb baby carrots, cooked and drained
2 Tbs orange juice
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Melt butter in skillet. Add cooked carrots, orange juice, sugar, and spices. Cook, stirring constantly over high heat, for 2 minutes, or until glazed.
