Italian Zucchini Bake

From Mary Lou Alfini.

6  very small  zucchini
2  cloves  garlic, minced
1  onion, minced
1  can Italian diced tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
Asiago cheese, grated


Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add zucchini and sauté just a little bit. Mix with seasonings and tomatoes. Put into a Pyrex baking pan; sprinkle with cheese. Bake @325 until warmed.
