2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup green pepper, finely diced
1 Tbs onion, minced
1 Tbs seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese. On low speed, add pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt, and 1 cup nuts. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic and chill overnight. Serve with crackers.
