French Dressing

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup salad oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Tbs finely minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed

In blender, combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and ketchup. Blend well. Slowly add oil. Add onion and spices; blend thoroughly.

Cover tightly and chill at least 24 hours before using. Will keep for 3-4 weeks.
