Frito Dip

1/2  cup mayonnaise
1/2  cup sour cream
 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
 2 cans (11 oz) Mexicorn
 1 - 2 jalapeno chilies, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
 2 bunches green onions, sliced
 Dash of chili pepper


Blend the wet ingredients; stir in the remaining ingredients. Must be served with Frito Scoopers. Other chips just don’t work as well . . . at least that's what the recipe claims.

Comments: This gets gobbled up whenever it is served. I’m asked for this
recipe a lot. Recipe came from my friend, the late Bev Bradshaw.
