Such a wonderful cookie from a cyber friend.

2  eggs
2  tsp  baking soda
1  tsp  salt
2  tsp  ground cloves
2  tsp  cinnamon
1  tsp  nutmeg
1/2  cup  apple juice
4  cups  flour
2  cups  chopped apples
2  cups  raisins
2  cups  chopped walnuts

Glaze:
3  cups  powdered sugar
5  Tbs  apple juice
1/4  tsp  salt
1/2  tsp  vanilla
2  Tbs  butter

Cream together butter, brown sugar and eggs. Add baking soda, spices, and apple juice. Mix well. Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition. Fold in apples, raisins, and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake @375° for 10 minutes.

Combine all glaze ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread on slightly warm cookies.
