Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting

2-1/2  cups  sugar
1  cup  evaporated milk
6  oz  semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2  cup  butter
1  cup  marshmallow cream (Fluff)

Combine sugar and milk in a medium-large saucepan. Cook to soft-ball stage on candy thermometer. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and butter. Stir until melted. Cool for 15 minutes before frosting cake.
