This recipe came to me from my son, Brian.
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp dried)
1 Tbs fresh tarragon (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken breasts several hours. Grill over hot charcoal.
